Let it Snow ’13

Author Article by Admin editor    Comments 1 Comment

Christmas at Mazarin was celebrated in style with the hosting of November/December ClubM event themed ‘Let it Snow’. The party was set to feature DJ music and all Mazarins were lounged in Red & Black to celebrate the night.

The festive night started off with a warm welcome by the organizers. Christmas Carols competition stood out from the rest of the festive games that took place during the course of the night.

Following an entertaining round of Carols, Team 3 was crowned as the winners of the Christmas Carol event for their remarkable and enjoyable performance and singing of ‘Jingle Bells’, ‘Seenu Handin’ & ‘Kalakata pera ea Bethleheme’.

A round of Musical Chairs soon followed with Nipuna winning the chair over Nawodika. An enjoyable session of paper dancing game was hosted next. Paper dancing game was won by Chathuraka & Samitha, dropping off Wikum & Harshana as runners-ups. Balloon dancing session took place next and the winning couple Nipuna & Umesh beat others to the prize.

Games were soon followed by the much awaited Secret Santa Gift exchange. Everyone received some interesting gifts from their Secret Santas. Winners of competitions were announced and gifts were awarded to mark the end of events.

Rest of the night was celebrated with music and some crazy dance moves. Due to everyone’s great involvement and enthusiasm, ‘Let it Snow’ was an event to remember!
